We publish and distribute to members the Bauhaus Magazine Japanese Edition, an institutional magazine that introduces publications and events conducted by the Bauhaus Dessau Foundation.
Bauhaus study tour
We visit facilities related to the Bauhaus, such as museums, apartments, foundations, and companies in Berlin, Weimar, and Dessau in Germany, and then take lectures by researchers of the foundation and archives. It is intended for individuals, universities, and companies that want to study architecture and design.
Workshop of Bauhaus Dance
We hold a hands-on workshop in Tokyo or Dessau under the guidance of Mr. Torsten Blume, a curator, and researcher of the Bauhaus Dessau Foundation, to learn about Bauhaus dance, create costumes, and perform. It is intended for groups of universities and companies.
Bauhaus seminars
We hold lectures and seminars in Japan, led by experts and researchers, including Dr. Magdalena Droste, a researcher of Bauhaus, for members and the general public.
Nippon Bauhaus Design Award
We call for works related to the Bauhaus and bestow the Japanese Bauhaus Design Award and Encouragement Award for outstanding works, books, and papers. We are part of the Artist-in-Residence Program of the Bauhaus Dessau Foundation.
